Position: Senior Flame Artist

Method Studios is an award-winning, full service post house dedicated to the local and international advertising communities. As a Senior Flame Artist at Method in the commercials department my skills were utilized to present work and manage client attended sessions - facilitating and executing the creative direction and vision of our clients.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: creating seamless effects, integration of live action with green screen and CGI elements, retouching and beauty work, leading and managing assists as well as rotoscope and paint support teams, determining schedules and delegating scenes to artists, forming as well as maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients as well as bidding and preproduction on potential new business....not to mention set location supervision.

Position: Senior Flame Artist

MassMarket employed around 20 full time artists catering to commercial interests across continental US and other markets. As a Senior Flame Artist at MM in the commercials department my skills were utilized to present work and manage client attended sessions- facilitating and executing the creative direction and vision of our clients.

Working in both LA and NYC - my time was split between in-studio finishing sessions and onset location supervision of commercial projects.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: creating seamless effects, integration of live action with green screen and CGI elements, retouching and beauty work, leading and managing assists as well as rotoscope and paint support teams, determining schedules and delegating scenes to artists, forming as well as maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients as well as bidding and preproduction on potential new business....not to mention set location supervision.

Position: Flame Artist

Framestore (at the time) employed around 50-80 full time artists catering to commercial and film interests across continental US and other markets. As a Lead Artist at Framestore in the commercials department my skills were utilized to present work and manage client attended sessions facilitating and executing creative directive and vision.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: creatingseamless effects; integration of live action with green screen and CGI elements, retouching and beauty work, leading and managing assists as well as rotoscope and paint support teams, determining schedules and delegating scenes to artists, forming as well as maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients as well as bidding and preproduction on potential new business....not to mention set location supervision.

Position: 2D compositor

Worked in the film FX department on several films as well as numerous commercial projects in my time at FF. Responsibilities included final finishing, comping and grading of all shots commissioned at FF.

Position: Art Director

Glass Egg Digital Media [GEDM], is an experienced developer of world-class multimedia products (mostly games) for markets in the United States, Europe and Asia. The production facility is in Ho Chi Minh City, while the development office is in San Francisco. Glass Egg has a staff of about 50 people, including producers, programmers, artists and technicians.As Art Director, I worked extensively on a ‘Mattel Interactive’, title called, Motor Cycle Racing for Kids. This game, designed for the 5-8 yo market, saw me involved in pre-Production through to completion of the 6 levels/movies. My work varied from illustration and storyboarding to documentation, planning and scheduling.I was also involved in the creation and direction of art assets for a number of platform games including Apex (Xbox), Stuntman (PS2) and Train SimulatorV1.2 (PC) with companies such as Microsoft Interactive, Infogrames and other smaller games publishers located throughout Europe and America.In a 12-month period I managed the building of approximately 30 high poly cars as well as six race track environments, for F1 games as well as many other still to be released console game titles.This position gave me the opportunity to explore the creative aspects of production while maintaining and developing my skillset in the softwares in which I am proficient.
